Olivier Leclerc
Global Intrapreneurship and Transformation Leader
Dr. Olivier Leclerc is an Intrapreneurship and Transformation Leader at Global Minds Network. He is passionate about transforming organizations and helping employees put their innovations to concrete and immediate use. He is an award-winning intrapreneur, speaker, educator and program leader who enjoys launching new initiatives that inspire innovation cultures for diverse organizations in France and internationally.
Olivier most recently led the Intrapreneurship program at the Safran group where he was tasked with the mission to “innovate differently”. This included an intrapreneurship approach named ‘We Love Intrapreneurs’ and the organization of an Aerogarage team to organize a scale-up approach. This helped spread an entrepreneurial mindset throughout the entire Group by means of an agile and innovative employee-activated service offering. In his previous role at Alcatel-Lucent, he enjoyed a long international career where he notably developed an intrapreneurship program named ‘Défi ENTREPRENDRE’.
With his seven friends and co-inspirators, he launched the association “Les Hacktivateurs” in 2015 which aims to promote, encourage and concretise the concepts of intrapreneurship, positive (cultural) corporate hacking and collective intelligence/action while connecting change agents from diverse disciplines and cultures.
Olivier is a regular speaker on the topics of innovation management and intrapreneurship, which he also teaches, notably in the CNAM Executive MBA program and at Audencia Business School. In addition, he’s an inventor who holds four patents within telecommunications systems. He earned his PhD from Université Côte d’Azur with Executive training in Management and Change at ESSEC Business School in France.
