Bruno Herrmann

Bruno Herrmann is a Global Readiness and Effectiveness Leader with Global Minds Network. He brings more than 30 years of experience in leading global initiatives involving international product, content, and customer experience within large organizations and startups across multiple industries, cultures, and geographies. He is currently an Executive Advisor and Strategic Consultant in Global Content Operations and Product Strategies.

Harnessing his extensive international, cross-cultural and cross-functional expertise, Bruno Herrmann is currently focused on defining the sweet spot for AI and other technologies as the next step of digital transformation globally. He is also the Vice-Chairman of LT-Innovate, the leading Language Technology and Intelligence Industry Association. He has held several leadership roles in driving localization and globalization: From January 2020 to June 2022, he was the Director of Localization Operations at IQVIA (CRO). From 2003 to 2019 he had roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, business operations, and product leadership at The Nielsen Company. Before joining Nielsen, he managed online globalization programs at HP and content operations including localization at Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. Prior to joining Digital Equipment Corporation, Bruno worked in marketing communication and localization startups.

Having lived and worked in several countries, Bruno Herrmann has demonstrated a global mindset in leading strategic change and transformation through his digital and customer-centric approach to product and content management. Bruno is a regular speaker, panelist, moderator, and workshop leader. He has a Master Degree in Translation and Localization from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an Executive Master Degree in Digital Marketing and Communications from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management.
