Karina Jensen is an educator, change facilitator, and international management consultant with 20+ years of experience in launching and managing international business and education initiatives. During her corporate career, Karina introduced and managed global products, programs, and services across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas for multinational organizations such as Adobe, Hyperion (now Oracle), NEC, and Symantec. As the Founder and Managing Director of Global Minds Network, she has developed strategic planning, communication, and execution solutions in order to help clients facilitate organizational collaboration, innovation, and international market success. Karina Jensen is also a Practice Director of the Center for Leadership and Effective Organizations and a Professor of Global Innovation and Leadership at NEOMA Business School in France. In addition to writing and publishing, Karina conducts research and consult multinational firms on international innovation strategies, cross-cultural team collaboration, and global leadership development. She has taught courses in International Management, Innovation, Change, Cross-cultural Collaboration and Global Leadership at business schools and executive education programs in the Americas, Asia, and Europe including UC Berkeley’s International Diploma Program (US), Universidad de San Andres (Argentina), Centre Franco-Vietnamien de Gestion (Vietnam), ESCP Europe Business School, and Ecole des Ponts Paristech (France). Presentations and workshops have been delivered to managers and executives across industries, including professional and academic associations such as Silicon Valley Product Management Association, Association of International Product Marketing and Management, and International Society for Professional Innovation Management. With a PhD in International Management from ESCP Europe Business School, Karina also holds a MBA in International Business from Ecole des Ponts Paristech, and a BA in Public Relations from California State University-San Jose. She has studied and worked in Europe and the US with business trips and travel adventures to 45+ countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Karina enjoys volunteering her time to improve education programs for children and women in impoverished communities in Asia, North Africa, and the US. She speaks English, French, Swedish, Norwegian, German and basic Spanish, while hoping to learn Chinese one day.
